It depends on the level of service. In most cases, we don’t charge a fee. We earn a commission from the property and travel partners, not from you. Hotel bookings include our VIP partnerships, exclusive perks, and personalized recommendations at no extra cost.

For corporate or group travel that involves vendor or logistics management, we may charge a planning fee depending on the complexity. We'll always be upfront about this before any work begins.

We can book hotels, cruises, tours, transfers, flights, villas, and everything in between. We’re also here to help you decide where to go, where to stay, what’s worth the money, and what to skip. Just let us know what you’re planning and which parts you’d like us to handle.

Absolutely! We can help you finish the rest of your itinerary. Depending on the hotel’s or cruise line’s policies, we may be able to add our perks and VIP status to your existing booking. Just send us your confirmation, and we’ll check for you.

For most trips, 6 to 12 months ahead gives us the best options and availability. We can also put together last-minute trips when the moment calls for it. When in doubt, reach out and we'll figure out what's realistic.
